The outrigger array is composed of 345 tanks filled with purified water. Each tank is 1.55 m in diameter and 1.65 m in height and they are separated with distance between 12 to 18 m. They are equipped by a single Hamamatsu R5912 8” photomulitplier tube (PMT) upward facing and anchored at the bottom of the tank. In order to limit the cable length between tanks and the readout electronics, the array is divided into 5 sections, named with letters from A to E (see Fig 1) containing 69 tanks each. The equipment needed to run and acquire the data for each section is centralised into nodes located in the middle of each section. The deployment of the outrigger array happened between September 2017. September 2018 (the timeline can be seen in Figure 1). The array has been continuously taking data since then. Analogue signals from the PMTs are sent through RG-59 cables to the node. This signal is separated from the HV that powers the PMT by a pick-off module.|Ukraine has always been known for its agriculture and food production potential. However, it is not until 6-7 years ago when international scene started getting acquainted with Ukrainian agrarian companies. It is not until the first Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2005 when Ukraine started receiving interest from foreign investment agencies. Fast forward, today, Ukraine is one of the largest food and commodity producer in the world. Ukrainian companies have reached the production scales. Vertical integration depth that were unimaginable before. Vast majority of these companies were eager to use borrowed funds to continue their growth and expansion. While prices for food and commodities were growing, these large businesses were able to succeed financially, year after year indicating growth of Key Performance Indicators. In the current 2013, situation has changed: while these businesses continued adding assets in the form of land and production facilities, commodity and food prices have dropped, leading to lower EBITDA, net profit and profit margin results. Several companies have failed to deliver interest payments to their investors, others vanished from the public eye via sale of assets.
